UK Shipping
We
realise that you may
be in a hurry to receive your order so we will endeavor to dispatch your order
the same day that payment is received. If we fail to do that your order will be
dispatched the following
morning.
We accept no responsibility for goods which are delayed due to failings of our
courier’s services.
Royal Mail 1st Class items normally take 1-2 working days to arrive. Mail only
be considered lost if not
delivered after 15 working days.
Royal Mail 2nd Class items normally take 3-4 working days to arrive. Generally
items sent by 2nd Class
arrive sooner. Mail can only be considered lost if not delivered after 15
working days.
Items sent by Courier normally take 3-5 working days to arrive. Mail can only be
considered
lost if not delivered after 10 working days.
Please note that the shipping charges not only cover the cost of the stamp but
also cover the following - packing materials, postal collection fees and VAT.
International Shipping
We are delighted to post our products to International destinations and Southern
Ireland.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for any losses if
your item is shipped using the standard Airmail service. Under such
circumstances we will not be able to make any refund if your item is lost or
damaged. Using the standard Airmail service is entirely at the buyers own risk.
Where the buyer selects the International Signed For service then all orders
will be insured up to a value of £50.

We have experienced delivery times to Europe of up to 3 weeks. You are requested
to be patient.
Non Delivery of Goods and delays
If you are experiencing
delays beyond the expected delivery times above, please n the first instance
contact your local parcel office. Quite often deliveries are attempted but the
postman may fail to leave a calling card. Many of the packages we send will not
fit through a letterbox.
If deliveries repeatedly
fail then Royal Mail or the courier will return your package to us. In these
circumstances we will notify you. The buyer is responsible for the payment of
additional postage in returning he goods to you. To settle payment we will
normally send you an electronic invoice with a link to our online payment
services.
Lost
Goods will only be
declared lost after the durations listed above. Only after this period has
expired are be obliged to send you a replacement. If you require a replacement
sent before this period has expired you will be required to pay for the item
again. If after the period has expired and the first package has not arrived we
will refund you and initiate a claim against the company delivering your order.
If the “lost” package
arrives then you are required to contact us. We will give you the opportunity to
purchase it or return it to us.
Once we have initiated a
claim against the delivery company we will ask you to send us an email detailing
what you purchased and a clear statement that it did not arrive.
When a parcel is declared
lost we will require you to email us stating that you have not received your
package, that you have checked at your local parcel office and reconfirming your
full name and address before we send a replacement. We will then lodge a claim
with the delivery company. They may contact you as part of their investigations
and we ask you to assist them as required.
Returns
In all cases you must
contact us for instructions for returning goods
For defective goods a
replacement item will be provided or a refund will be issued on receipt of the
defective goods with us.
We will provide an
exchange or refund for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items if they are
returned in a saleable condition to us within 14 days. The buyer must pay
postage for the new and returned item. |
